12NR06 - MRF News Release - Register Now for MRF'S BEAST of the East!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
10 March 2012

Contact: Teri Stobbs Ricci, MRF Conference Assistant

Register Now for MRF'S BEAST of the East!

The Motorcycle Riders Foundation's (MRF) BEAST of the East Conference in Atlanta, Georgia is coming sooner than you think.  But it's not too late to pre-register for the conference or book your hotel room at the conference rate.

The MRF moved its offices to a different floor in the same building during this past week.  There were some minor glitches in getting phone and internet services hooked up.  Because of delays that were beyond the MRF's control, we are extending the BEAST pre-registration deadline.  In fact, we have extended both deadlines to this Friday, March 16. If you called the office this past week to register for BEAST and left a voice mail message, unfortunately the MRF has been unable retrieve that message. Please give Tiffany another call in the MRF office this week at 202-546-0983 and she will get you registered.  You can also register online through the MRF website at www.mrf.org/events.php.  After March 16, the cost of registration for BEAST will increase by $10 per person.

The Westin Atlanta Airport has also agreed to extend the deadline for booking your room at the conference rate of $89 per night.  You can reserve your room by calling 1-888-627-7211 or 404-762-7676.  Be sure to mention that you are attending the Motorcycle Riders Foundation BEAST of the East conference to get the conference rate.  If you book your room after March 16, your room rate may increase significantly.

The MRF was also informed that there was a short window of time that the Westin did not have any double rooms available, and was only offering king rooms to our conference attendees.  They have now been able to free up some additional double rooms for the MRF, so if you contact them before the March 16 deadline, you can change your king reservation to a double.  After March 16, any changes to your room reservation may affect your room rate.

You can find the complete conference agenda including workshop presenters, as well as the conference poster and printable registration form, by visiting the MRF website at www.mrf.org/events.php.

We're looking forward to a very informative and exciting BEAST of the East conference in Atlanta, April 13-15!  Hope to see you there!
