We are...

The South Carolina Motorcycle Rights Association is a grassroots State Motorcycle Rights Organization. We are concerned citizens working together for a common goal. The protection of our liberties as Americans. We will actively lobby against legislation our membership feels denies, or further restricts, motorcyclists' rights and freedoms. We will actively lobby to restore those personal freedoms that have been denied us by law.

As a member of the National Coalition of Motorcyclists (NCOM) and a sustaining member of the Motorcycle Riders Foundation (MRF) we work with motorcycle rights organizations from across the country to defend our liberties.

Our Mission

"To unite dedicated motorcycle enthusiasts for the preservation and expansion of our individual rights and liberties, through communication, education and participation in the legislative process"

Join Us and Help Protect the Right to Ride

South Carolina Motorcycle Rights Association does not discriminate against any person because of their gender, ethnicity, motorcycle choice, or religious preference. The purposes of SCMRA are to preserve the freedom of the road; to unite motorcyclists in a brotherhood; to promote fair legislation and to provide a network for communication on issues affecting motorcyclists.

If you have any questions about the South Carolina Motorcycle Rights Association feel free to contact us.

"We have enjoyed so much freedom for so long that we are perhaps in danger of forgetting how much blood it cost to establish the Bill of Rights."  ~Felix Frankfurter
