In November 2023, HR 906, the REPAIR Act, cleared the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Innovation, Data and Commerce. The Act is awaiting a vote from the full House Energy and Commerce Committee four (4) months later. Contact your Representatives and tell them to support and push forward the REPAIR Act! Especially if your Representative is on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, as listed below!
